
PG&E "Time For Business" Rate Campaign
The “Time for Business” outreach campaign targeting small and medium business owners throughout California in order to make them aware of coming changes in rate plans and connect them with their local PG&E representative.
The events featured a sit down lunch with information-rich lunch boxes to help educate business owners while they ate. The events also featured learning tools on iPads and USB flash drives with useful rebate information for making energy efficient upgrades to their business.
Engagement with the small and medium business community was also achieved using social media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter and Foursquare in addition to more traditional channels like direct mail and email.
Event data showed 81% of attendees came away from the events viewing PG&E as a trusted energy advisor and 85% planning to implement the energy efficiency tips and tools offered by PG&E.
