The pilot model served as a low cost alternative to provide Postal access, especially for digitally savvy consumers. Provides 24/7 access for convenience to customers needing to ship packages, check PO boxes, or receive an acceptance scanned packages.
Self-Service kiosks make it easy to purchase postage.
Package and shipping supplies are also available to customers. The Automated Package Drop provides proof of USPS acceptance.
The initial SOPO pilot office is located in Tyson's Corner, VA .
